Greetings, from the Chi-Town Connection Event Committee! We are happy to announce that the next dates for the Chi-Town Connection festival/picnic has been set: April and October 2023 at North Shore Rotary Pavilion, Houston, TX 77015.

After so much positive feedback at our first picnic in October 2012, we’ve decided to make this a semi-annual event with the picnic now being held yearly in April (“Spring Fling) and October (“Fall Fest”). Our first picnic drew over 200 attendees. Now, the picnic has established itself as a successful, family event. Moreover, we have grown and consistently have crowds with more than 2,500 attendees.   

We’d like to invite you to participate in this event as a vendor or an event sponsor. By being an official participant in this event you will expose your business to hundreds of people who come from various areas of Houston and its surrounding suburbs. As a vendor, you are able to sell your approved items and to establish a recurring customer base. As an event sponsor, you are not only able to sell your approved items or market your services, but your company name also appears on the official marketing material which includes the official tee shirt and social media posts and may include flyers, and other forms of traditional marketing/media material.
